ARQ Privacy Policy
ARQ Autopost is a private tool that ARQ (Amir Diba) uses to publish to and manage its own Instagram professional account, @starks_arq. It is not offered to the public. This policy explains what it does with data it receives from Instagram and Meta.
What data it uses
- Our own account: the posts, captions and insights (views, reach, likes, comments count, shares, saves, watch time) of @starks_arq, to learn which posts work and to publish new ones.
- People who comment or message us: when you comment on one of our posts or send us a message, Instagram gives the app your Instagram username, an Instagram-scoped ID and the text you wrote. We use it only to answer you, for example to send the access code or link you asked for by commenting a keyword.
How it is used and stored
The data is processed on ARQ's own computers. A record of which username received which access code is kept so that each person gets one code. We do not sell data, do not use it for advertising profiles, and do not share it with third parties except where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Comment and message data is kept only as long as needed to answer and to prevent duplicate codes, and at most 12 months.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete your data at any time: see Data deletion. You can also stop interacting with our posts or messages at any time.
